Earlier this year, we hired Daniel Harrell and Lajen Development Group, LLC to complete the construction of our dental office located in Port Royal, SC. Mr. Harrell demonstrated a dedication and commitment to the project, and oversaw each phase personally. Any questions we had during the construction were answered promptly, and any issues that came up were addressed by Mr. Harrell personally.
Mr. Harrell was very helpful in suggesting changes that could improve the project, but at the same time he was mindful of our budget. Never did we feel that he was trying to get more money from us – in fact, the bid price was not exceeded. He just wanted us to be happy with the results, and he had assured us that he would work until we were.
We had given him a deadline for completion that was very important to the success of our business – we had patients who needed to be seen on a certain date. He had our doors open on the date he had promised, and the quality of work is second-to-none.
