Thank you and your crew for the wonderful job you’ve done in repairing our home. Renee and I were more than satisfied by the craftsmanship, timeliness, and cleanup.
When we first saw the extensive water damage on three corners of our home all the way down to the piers we were stunned and didn’t think it could be repaired without literally rebuilding our house. You and your carpenters explained everything that would be done and assured us it would be better than new. Well, it is better than new and we are thrilled with the outcome. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This past summer, my family and I spent many days touring numerous homes for sale in Beaufort, South Carolina. After some time, we happened across a home that was built by you.
At the time we viewed the home, it was nearly 90% completed and we absolutely fell in love with it. I was very impressed with the interior design, which was completely custom and designed by you. The moment we entered the home, we were overwhelmed with a sense of openness, comfort and tranquility. With the high ceilings and waterfront views, the feeling of relaxation never ends. We love your concept of oversized windows and large porches. I must say that the overall craftsmanship is superior and the subtle modern additions to the home have only added to the appeal of the home in our hearts.

Last year, I had the pleasurable experience of selecting Mr.. Daniel Harrell and his Lajen Development Group for renovations and remodeling of my orthodontic office on Hilton Head Island I was most impressed with Daniel’s knowledge and creativity to accomplish our goals in a timely manner and within our budget. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the final cost actually coincided with his original estimate.
